To avoid disturbance, your Day 2 and Day 8 tests will be shipped via Courier as soon as you place your order (or in the month you choose).
After you've taken your samples, return them to our lab via a pre-paid Royal Mail Priority Postbox
( find one near you ).
Once your sample is processed, you will be emailed each of your results directly from our partner lab.
It is mandatory to book and pay for Covid tests to be taken on or before day 2 and on or after day 8 of your quarantine if you are returning from a country that is not on the red list. If you are fully vaccinated in the UK or by one of the UK recognised vaccination programs abroad then you are required to book and take a day 2 test. If you are not fully vaccinated, you are required to book and take the day 2 and 8 test.
You normally should receive your PLF code Straight away. If for any technical reasons or issue with your email inbox, you don’t see the PLF code confirmation email straight away. Please email our support team within 5 minutes of not having the PLF code email in your inbox on email@example.com who will be able to help you with your PLF code straight away. You should leave enough time for your order to be processed and PLF code to be sent to you. We will not be liable for any disruption to your plans, flights or holidays.
Your test kit will be dispatched on your arrival date for next day delivery. You will receive an email from us with the tracking information and also instructions on how you can take a sample and activate your kit. If you don't receive this email by the time your test kit arrives, please get in touch with our support staff as you must activate your test kit before it is sent to the lab.
If you have booked a test through our click and collect package, you must collect your test kit in person from the collection point on your appointment day and time. You will receive your PLF at the time of the collection (this is suitable for those customers who can collect their test before travelling abroad from England).

We'll send your test kits with free delivery to your home. Once you’ve received your swab samples, you can use a pre-paid returns label to send your tests back to our lab via a Royal Mail Priority Postbox.
You will be able to book your testing package online. You will get booking reference number by email which you need to fill in your passenger locator form.
